Abstract: In this presentation we show how an agile enterprise not only runs internal development processes using Scrum but also its collaboration with customers and suppliers based on cross-company Scrum teams and an agile collaboration platform in the cloud. We will highlight challenges and scenarios of a large, real-world Scrum projects.
The Cross-Company Scrum platform is provided as a free cloud service.
Vita Andreas Dangl
Andreas Dangl is Head of Software Development at Fabasoft, a leading European manufacturer of standard software for enterprise content management (ECM), information governance and business process management (BPM).
His area of interest is in optimizing and enhancing developer teams to help them boost their quality and efficiency as well as their motivation. Furthermore, to facilitate the development processes Andreas introduced Enterprise Scrum to Fabasoft.
Andreas is Product Owner of Fabasoft DUCXdev, an agile development environment for “Composite Content Applications” based on the technology platform Fabasoft Folio. Such applications provide for short development cycles, high usability, outstanding quality and scalability.
He is the Fabasoft specialist for Enterprise IT and digital business processes. His current favorites are the Eclipse Modeling Framework and domain-specific languages as well as everything that makes software development fun.
